Honey Sauce for Pancakes and Waffles

This sauce can be used as a topping for many different things including pancakes, waffles and toasted pound cake or sponge cake.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup of honey
- 3 tablespoons water or white wine
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice or orange juice
Method
In a small sauce pan, combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 34 minutes until thickened.
