A copy of JAF’s new, 16-page booklet, Rebirth and Renewal: Progressive Judaism in Germany, written by Rabbi Jo David, is available free of charge by contacting the Foundation.

Two new tzedaka boxes, produced by the JAF, are now available. One box, in English, German, and Russian, supports the efforts of Jüdische Gemeinde Hameln to build the first new Reform synagogue in Germany since the Holocaust. The other tzedaka box will help to support the work of the Jewish Appleseed Foundation. For your free tzedaka box, write, e-mail, or call JAF.

A whimsical, full-color mouse pad, complete with a kipah-wearing mouse peeking out of a piece of Swiss cheese, has been created by JAF to help raise awareness of JGH’s new Web site. The artwork is by JAF Board member Neil H. Yerman. For your mouse pad, please send a check for $18 to the Jewish Appleseed Foundation, P.O. Box 308, New York, NY 10021.
